Open Bake Session

You've taken a workshop. Now come bake on your own! Open Bake Sessions give former students 3 hours in the bakery to practice, experiment and make your favourite Mickael's products.

You pay a small session fee for access to the bakery and equipment. Then, you only pay the non-labor cost of what you make and take home. You do the baking. We provide the space, equipment and ingredients.
