Learn. Bake. Create. Teach.
We're looking for 6 passionate people who want to take an active part in the world of baking
Selected members receive a one-year opportunity to participate extensively in the school, develop their baking skills, create content, assist with workshops and โ for those who are ready โ potentially become paid instructors. It's a structured path from student to contributor to assistant to instructor.
Access regular baking workshops for 12 months, subject to availability and booking rules.
Become part of the Mickael's School of Bread community and participate in the development of the school.
Help document workshops by taking photos and short videos that Mickael's School of Bread can use for social media, marketing and promotional content.
As members become experienced, opportunities open to assist during workshops.
Selected members may develop and run their own workshops at Mickael's School of Bread.
When a Collective member is approved to teach a workshop, they can be paid for teaching it according to the school's instructor compensation rules.
Collective membership covers the tuition component of regular workshops. Members contribute approximately 20% of the regular workshop price toward ingredients and workshop operating costs.
Exact contribution amounts may vary depending on the workshop.
A progression from your first workshop to leading your own โ at your own pace, with the school's support.
Teaching and paid opportunities are not automatically guaranteed. They depend on skill, availability, workshop demand and approval by Mickael's School of Bread.
We select 6 members per cohort. Tell us about yourself and what you'd bring to the Collective.
