The Mickael's School of Bread Collective — Membership Agreement 1. Membership Period Membership in the Collective is for one year from the member's start date, as set by Mickael's School of Bread. 2. Workshop Access Members may attend regular baking workshops subject to availability, normal booking rules, and the Collective terms. Unlimited access does not override capacity limits, booking windows, cancellation policies, or no-show rules. 3. Member Contribution Collective membership covers the tuition component of regular workshops. Members contribute approximately 20% of the regular workshop price toward ingredients and workshop operating costs. Exact amounts may vary depending on the workshop. 4. Content Creation Members help document workshops by taking photos and short videos that Mickael's School of Bread may use for social media, marketing, and promotional content. 5. Content & Media Consent Members grant Mickael's School of Bread permission to use submitted photos, videos, and other content for promotional purposes, in perpetuity, across any medium, without further compensation. 6. Community Conduct Members agree to contribute positively to the school community and to follow the school's conduct expectations. 7. Assisting & Teaching Opportunities to assist or teach are not automatically guaranteed. They depend on skill, availability, workshop demand, and approval by Mickael's School of Bread. Teaching requires separate approval. 8. Compensation Compensation applies only to approved teaching assignments, according to the school's instructor compensation rules. The 20% contribution members pay when attending workshops is separate and unrelated. 9. Personal & Non-Transferable Membership is personal to the member and is non-transferable. 10. Changes Mickael's School of Bread may update program rules as needed; members will be notified of material changes.
